Last week was a really good week for me. I didn't get everything I wanted to be done, but I did finish quite a bit.
I only finished 2 chapters in A God's Deception, but it's still 2 more than there was before.
I've worked out all the plot points for Episodes 21 - 24 of Shadow Stalker and got everything in order. I'm really glad I waited to finish the serial because I'm so excited about how it's turning out now. Next week, I work on the outline, then after that, I'll start writing. Yay!
I reached my planning goal for my new short story too. I still don't have a title, but it's going to be interesting to write. It's something I might be interested in turning into a series later too.
I finished a flash fiction story, which is scheduled to be published on my blog on Friday. If you subscribe to my blog posts (you can do that in the sidebar), you'll get it delivered to your inbox as soon as it's posted.
And lastly, I have begun writing the March short story for the 12 Short Stories Challenge. As with my other stories for this challenge, it's continuing the same story. You can read the first one here.
This coming week, I'm hoping to get a lot more actual writing done. Here are my goals for the week:
- Write up to Chapter 9 in book 2 of AGD.
- Finish planning Shadow Stalker (steps 9 - 14 in my planning process) and possibly start writing.
- Work on planning my new short story (steps 7 - 10 in my planning process)
- Plan and write a new flash fiction story.
- Finish writing and start editing the March short story for 12 Short Stories.
